2. Booking Policy

• All bookings require advance payment.
• Confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations or modifications must comply with our cancellation policy (refer to section 6).

3. Participant Responsibilities

• Guests must adhere to all guidelines provided during their stay or workshop participation.
• Respect towards nature, property, and other participants is mandatory.
• Any damages caused to the property or facilities will be the participant’s responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of The Jack Pahadi Project and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in workshops and activities involves inherent risks. The Jack Pahadi Project is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your stay or participation.
• Guests are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date.

7. Privacy Protection

Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy (refer to the Privacy Policy page).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
